Lighting of the Village @ the Library!-Celebrate with us at the Library during the Poland Lighting of the Village event! Fun for the entire family. This event has been moved to Wittenauer’s across from the Poland Library. Also, the Friends of the Library Bookstore is closed and the holiday book sale has been cancelled.

for the Family - Put on your PJs, bring out the

Screening - Providing free health assessments at the library. A nurse will

weight. Easter Seals Private Duty is offering this service thanks to a grant to
provide assessments to seniors in Mahoning County aged 60 plus, but
participation will not be limited to seniors at the library.

Friends of the Austintown Library Meeting - Happy
Holidays with the YSU Dana Vocal Society. The December meeting will
be the Austintown Friend’s Annual Christmas luncheon and invitation for new
members. Reservations are required and will be taken by the
officers. A wonderful Christmas program will be presented to get the
Friends and guest into the Holiday Spirit.
YSU’s Dana Vocal Society will present “Songs of the Season.” The
Dana Vocal Society is comprised of YSU students who are music majors and those
who are not music majors, with a goal of gathering students who love to sing
and giving them opportunities to perform. DVS supports the arts in the
area and also the YSU Opera Program.
