Children's Services
In addition to providing the best and most popular children's books, all libraries in the system offer programs for children of all ages throughout the year. Programs include story times, puppet shows, crafts, movies, special presenters and lots of fun! The increasingly popular Summer Reading Program aims at keeping youngsters interested in reading when school is not in session. Teachers are welcome to schedule a class visit at the library. In the event teachers are not able to bring their students to the library, children's librarians are available to visit schools, nursery schools, and any other agency that serves children. Call your local library to schedule a program!
