I finished "My Heart Belongs to you." It was fairly good for Mr. Koontz. It was kind of misleading at the beginning, but the ending was awesome.

Carefully trained up and restrained daughter is enslaved by her father. Father's hold is broken when she is called on to assist in an illegitimate birth. Daughter's rebellion is with a reason.
The second is about a young woman taken in by a man in the sex slave business. He holds her sister hostage to get her to act as she doesn't wish to... Sounds equivalent to today's world.
