Accepting resumes for permanent part-time Administrative Assistant positions. This person will perform a wide variety of tasks providing clerical and backup support to Administrative personnel. Duties include general and varied office work including but not limited to filing, answering phones and directing calls and general correspondence. Additional duties may include scheduling appointments, reconciling/counting of daily fines receipts, set-up and teardown at events, gathering and distributing supplies.
Hours of work will vary Monday through Friday with a minimum of 20 hours per week. An occasional night or weekend may be required for special events and projects.
Associate Degree preferred or trade school course in computer and office skills. Three to five years of directly related office experience. Must be able to type 30 WPM and have good computer skills with Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Must have strong people skills, good written and verbal communication skills and be detail oriented. Starting rate is $12.87 per hour with excellent benefits.
