Lessons about Saving and Spending Money Begin in Childhood
Smart Money for Kids Exhibits
It’s never too early to start teaching kids responsibility with money: what it is, where it comes from, how to save it, how to spend it wisely. Watch this page for a schedule of places you can see the Fun Finance Stations, financial literacy interactive games for kids.
Through a “Get Smart with Your Money” grant, the Library is helping families build a better financial future for their children. This exhibit, comprised of three Fun Finance Stations developed by the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is made possible by a grant to the Library from the FINRA Investor Education Foundation in partnership with the American Library Association, Smart Investing @your Library®. The exhibit is aimed at helping each child become a Financial Smarty Pants!
