While you can’t come to the Library to do crafts with us in the building, we thought we might share some craft ideas with you to try with things you might already have at home.  Here’s our first super simple craft suggestion for you

  3. Trim the tissue around your design (leave a border)
  4. Place tissue paper with design on candle
  5. Use a sheet of wax paper to hold design in place, and to grip candle
  6. Use a hairdryer on high to meld tissue paper into candle
  7. Heat with a sweeping motion
  8. Picture will appear “wet looking”
  9. Carefully remove the wax paper
