Brew Ha Ha! on March 7 Raises Funds for Children’s Programs

The Library’s Brew Ha Ha! event, raising funds for children’s programs, will be held at the Main Library on Sat., Mar. 7, from 6-9 p.m. The event is hosted by the Friends of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County and features music, food, raffles including a 50/50 raffle, and comedy. The Mahoning County Flight Crew will be Celebrity Pourers. Local breweries competing in a contest for the Best Library Beers include Biker Brewhouse, Birdfish Brewing, Modern Methods Brewing, Noble Creature Cask House, Numbers Brewing, Paladin Brewing, Penguin City Brewing, Platform Beer Co., The Pumphouse, Sandy Springs Brewing Company and more. The event features food by Bohr Brothers BBQ and Papa J’s Gourmet Cookies and gourmet coffee provided by Pressed Coffee Bar and Eatery. There will be an after party at the Whistle and Keg located at 101 W. Federal St., Youngstown. Tickets are now for sale at $25 per person for this fundraising event. Attendees must be 21 years or older.  Reservations can be made through Eventbrite Events-Brew Ha Ha. Please Note: Main Library will close at to the public at 5:30 p.m. on Mar. 7. Brew Ha Ha attendees will be admitted beginning at 6 p.m.
