YOUNGSTOWN (October 15, 2019/For Immediate Release) – The Building and Sites Committee of the Board of Trustees, Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC), met on Tuesday, October 15, at 8:30 a.m., and chose the team of the AMHigley Company of Cleveland and Dawn Incorporated of Warren as Construction Manager at Risk for the renovation of the historic Main Library, 305 Wick. The trustee committee reviewed proposals, conducted interviews, and reviewed rankings. AMHigley/Dawn Incorporated were chosen from a field of four finalists. The others were Donley’s of Cleveland, DeSalvo Construction of Hubbard and Mark Hudson Construction Inc. of Hermitage, PA.
