Library Board Building and Sites Committee to Meet July 8

YOUNGSTOWN (June 30, 2016/For Immediate Release) – The Building and Sites Committee of the Board of Trustees, Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County, at 8:30 a.m., Friday, July 8, at Main Library, 305 Wick Ave.

The purpose of the meeting is to review consultant proposals and select a consultant for the Brownlee Woods/Struthers/Campbell merger; a vote may be taken. The committee will also review and discuss the Michael Kusalaba Branch project, as well as the Main Library renovation (including the timeline for the renovation and developments in the geographic areas around Main), and review the Boardman Library proposed children’s area.

The Main Library’s doors open at 9 a.m., so those wishing to attend this committee meeting will need to enter through the rear of the Main Library building.
