PLYMC Partners with Mahoning County Public Health to Provide 4,000 Free At-Home Rapid COVID-19 TestsYOUNGSTOWN–The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC) is partnering with Mahoning County Public Health to distribute 4,000 free rapid COVID-19 tests. The test kits will be available beginning Monday, January 3, 2022, at the following Library branches: Austintown, Boardman, Campbell, Canfield, Poland, Sebring, Springfield, Struthers, and Tri-Lakes.
Supplies are limited. Patrons can request up to four test kits per household. There are two tests in each box. Tests are not proctored and do not require an app, computer or internet access.
Beginning on Monday, January 3, 2022, patrons must call 330-744-8636 to reserve the test kit(s), which then will be available for curbside pick-up.
As always, the Library recommends that patrons consult with their physician for personal health questions or assessments.
