YOUNGSTOWN — The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC)’s Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, June 30 at 10 a.m. via Zoom. The Board will vote on a candidate to fill the seat left vacant by T. Sharon Woodberry, who recently moved out of state. The nominating committee voted earlier this month to advance the candidate to the full Board.
