Special Delivery distributes Talking Book players as part of the federal government’s Talking Book Program administered by the State Library of Ohio. Two regional libraries for the blind deliver the actual recorded books.
Descriptive Videos for the Visually Impaired
Descriptive Videos help visually disabled or blind individuals to enjoy and understand movies by enhancing the visual action and the movie’s dialogue with a voiceover which describes and explains the scene.

Special Delivery librarians are available to speak to groups and organizations about Special Delivery services.
