Main Library - Event Space


Meeting Rooms are available for use by the public when not scheduled for Library purposes during Library hours, in accordance with the current Meeting Room Terms and Conditions.

Study Rooms are available for limited use at select branches. Visit the link below to check availability and book a study room.


Birthday party decor was donated by Shelley's Balloon & Party Decor. Bridal shower decor was donated by Let's Pop About It! Linens and place settings were donated by TR Tents & Events.



  • The Event Space is 36' by 63' for a total of 2268 square feet of space. There are 50 tables and 125 chairs available for use. 

    The room is equipped with the following:

    • Podium with microphone for connectivity
    • Immersive surround sound system
    • Dual projectors and screens for presentations
    • Cameras and video feed for hybrid events

  • No. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need help making a reservation, we're available by phone or in-person during operating hours.

  • Yes, we're here to help! If you experience difficulty, Library staff are available during operating hours by phone or in-person to help guide you through making the reservation.

    If you require additional assistance or accommodations, please speak with a Library staff member.

  • Meeting rooms can be reserved up to 60 days in advance except for the Event Space at Main Library. The Event Space can be reserved up to 90 days in advance. 

  • No, the Library is closed on Sunday. Meeting rooms are only available for use during operating hours up to 30 minutes before closing.
