MEETING ROOMS

Meeting Rooms are available for use by the public when not scheduled for Library purposes during Library hours, in accordance with the current Meeting Room Terms and Conditions.

Study Rooms are available for limited use at select branches. Visit the link below to check availability and book a study room.

FAQs

  • No. Rooms are available on a  first-come, first served basis. If you need help making a reservation, we're available by phone or in-person during operating hours.

  • Yes, we're here to help! If you experience difficulty, Library staff are available during operating hours by phone or in-person to help guide you through making the reservation.

    If you require additional assistance or accommodations, please speak with a Library staff member.

  • Meeting rooms can be reserved up to 60 days in advance.

  • No, the Library is closed on Sunday. Meeting rooms are only available for use during operating hours up to 30 minutes before closing.

  • Decorations that sit on tables, easels, or other free-standing items without the use of tape or other adhesives are permitted. Decorative arches are also permitted.

    Patrons are not permitted to affix any decoration to the walls or have helium balloons, confetti, live animals, Sterno, candles or other open flames. An exception for Sterno will be made for licensed caterers.
