The Meeting will take place at the Newport Library Meeting Room. The Nominating Committee will meet at 3 PM followed by the Regular Board Meeting at 4 PM. The purpose of the Nominating Committee is further discussion of Vacant Board Seats. The Board Meeting will conduct regular business.

The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC) has served the Mahoning Valley since 1880 when the Youngstown Library Association was officially created.
