The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC) will hold a joint meeting of the Executive and Building & Sites Committees on Friday, August 28th at Main Library Board Room at 10:30 AM

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss matters relating to the land donation from the City of Struthers.
