The following governs use of study rooms at all locations: 07/2025
• Study rooms are free to use.
• Reservations may be made up to 2 weeks in advance, but if no one is using a room and there is no current booking, a library patron may approach a librarian and request to use the room. This will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Library patrons should be aware that bookings will take precedence in use of the study rooms. If a room has an advance booking, patrons in the study room will be asked to vacate the room to accommodate the booking.
• Room reservations are made online via our website and can also be booked by staff or by calling the Rental Coordinator.
• Study room reservations will be for a maximum of two (2) hours. If the room is not booked for the time following that reservation, it is possible to extend usage for an additional 2 hours. Rooms may not be used for more than 4 hours at a time-please consider using a meeting room for longer durations.
• Food is not allowed in study rooms. Covered drinks are acceptable.
• No soliciting. All study room use must be contained to the room assigned during registration.
• The Library’s Library Use Policy applies to all persons using the study room.
• Please do NOT leave personal belongings or materials unattended in the study rooms, as the Library is not responsible for your items.
• Study rooms have WiFi access.
• Please do not remove furniture from the room, and do not bring additional furniture into the room.
