Do you enjoy learning to use technology? Did you receive an Ozobot or Sphero during the holidays and want to learn how to use it? Do you want to learn to design your own website? If you answer yes to any of these questions, then the library has a great resource for you – Fiero Code., opens a new window
Fiero Code helps children and teens learn all about coding. Along with lessons for Ozobot and Sphero, there are other tutorials, such as learning website designing with HTML, Javascript and Python.
Want to have fun with other tech-savvy youths? The library offers Fiero Code Club programs throughout the year. Just visit our Events page, opens a new window and search Code or Coding. Additionally, Fiero itself holds free bi-monthly contest challenges every year in February, June, and October. February 2023’s Challenge is themed on Character Design.
By the way, for our adult tech-lovers out there, the library has LinkedIn Learning, opens a new window with all sorts of coding and tech video-based courses. Plus, there’s Universal Class, opens a new window with accredited online courses in a variety of subjects, including Computers & Technology.
So let’s start off this New Year with coding fun for all!
