Beginning mid-October, OverDrive will require users to enter a PIN or password in addition to a library card number. This will apply when logging into the Libby app and the OverDrive digital library website.
What is changing?
How you log in to your online account with the Libby app and the OverDrive digital library website. You will use a PIN or password along with your library card number to sign in to your account to borrow items, place holds, and manage your account.

This update is part of OverDrive's efforts to enhance account security.
How do I reset my PIN or password?
If you registered your account online, you can reset your PIN or password through our online catalog. On the log in page, select "Forgot Your PIN or Password?" and follow the prompts.
If you did not register your account online and don't have an email address attached, we can help! Call us at 330.744.8636 or stop in to any PLYMC branch.
