Patrons contract directly with the caterer, not the Library, for catering services. If you cancel your reservation with the Library and have arranged for catering, it is your responsibility to cancel with the caterer.

If you have a favorite caterer not on the list, feel free to reach out and ask if they would like to contact the Library about becoming a Library-approved caterer. We welcome new caterers who meet qualifications.
