The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC) have closed all of its libraries, including Special Delivery, throughout Mahoning County effective Monday, March 16, through Friday, April 6.
Poland Library was constructed in a traditional, timeless look, reflecting the classical Greek Revival architecture of the Western Reserve.
